About the Role
As a Telecaller / Admissions Counselor at FrameFlow, you will interact with aspiring filmmakers, actors, and media professionals, provide course guidance, answer admission-related queries, and help prospective students choose the right program based on their interests and career aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling, follow-up, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective students and leads generated through marketing campaigns
* Counsel students regarding FrameFlow's courses, curriculum, schedules, and career opportunities
* Understand students' interests and recommend suitable programs
* Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads until enrollment
* Answer admission-related questions from students and parents
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status
* Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve conversions
* Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
* Build positive and professional relationships with prospective students
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Tamil and English
* Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
* Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)
* Freshers are welcome to apply
* Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, customer support, or education admissions is an added advantage
* Interest in filmmaking, acting, media, or creative education will be a plus
