Address Men's Apparels is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales reports and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper product display.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is plustwo
- Minimum 2+ years experience in retails or related field
- Excellent leadership skills , communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
