Location: Sakleshpur to Subrahmanya (Mysore Division)
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 4–5 Years (Preferred)

Travel Requirement: Willing to travel and work at project sites across the assigned locations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee the execution of electrical projects from installation to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, manpower management, billing, coordination with clients and contractors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance during project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute electrical works at project sites as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material utilization efficiently.
- Prepare and verify client billing, contractor bills, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain daily site records, measurement books (MB), work completion reports, and documentation.
- Prepare and update project reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Technical Skills Required
The candidate should possess hands-on experience in:
- Electrical equipment installation.
- Transformer erection, testing, and commissioning.
- HT/LT Panel erection, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Cable laying, dressing, glanding, termination, and testing.
- Building electrical wiring and internal electrification works.
- Electrical equipment alignment and commissioning.
- Basic civil work knowledge related to equipment foundations, cable trenches, and electrical installations.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and layouts.

Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in electrical project execution, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, substation, or utility projects.
- Experience in transformer installation, panel erection, cable laying, and commissioning activities will be preferred.
