We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Sales & Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions and support sales activities. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer inquiries (in person, phone, or online)
- Explain products/services and assist in sales
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Handle complaints and provide quick solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
