About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain lead databases, coordinate with candidates, and support our recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer and candidate information.
- Coordinate appointments, interviews, and follow-up schedules.
- Respond to customer and candidate queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate daily and weekly follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely closure of customer inquiries and recruitment leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain records of conversations, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Support recruitment activities whenever required.
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Front Office.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
