Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete Food & Beverage operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and service excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage restaurant, banquet, and kitchen coordination effectively.
The role requires a hands-on professional with a passion for hospitality, team management, guest satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Food & Beverage Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquet facilities, room service, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and stewarding teams.
- Maintain service quality and operational standards as per company policies.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all F&B areas.
- Ensure proper setup, service flow, and guest handling during operations and events.
2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and personalized dining experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Monitor online guest reviews and improve service quality continuously.
3. Financial & Revenue Management
- Monitor daily sales, revenue performance, and operational costs.
- Control food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and inventory effectively.
- Support management in achieving departmental revenue targets.
- Prepare operational reports, sales analysis, and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to increase F&B revenue through promotions and guest engagement.
4. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the F&B service team.
- Conduct staff training on service standards, grooming, hygiene, and guest interaction.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.
- Ensure discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct within the department.
- Participate in recruitment and performance evaluation of team members.
5. Compliance & Operational Standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper stock control and inventory management.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores departments for operational requirements.
- Ensure all service equipment and facilities are maintained properly.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, banquet, and multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of guest service standards and hospitality operations.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
