Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day digital dental production workflow during the evening shift.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on case priorities and turnaround times.
- Supervise CAD/CAM production processes for dental restorations and appliances.
- Operate, monitor, and coordinate production using dental milling machines, 3D printers, sintering/firing equipment, and other laboratory machinery.
- Monitor machine utilization, production capacity, and downtime.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, software, and production-related issues.
- Coordinate with CAD designers, milling/printing technicians, finishing technicians, and quality-control teams.
- Ensure restorations and appliances meet the required fit, accuracy, marginal integrity, occlusion, surface finish, and laboratory quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of zirconia, PMMA, wax, resins, metals, and other dental materials.
- Monitor rework, remakes, production errors, and material wastage and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a dental laboratory production environment is highly preferred.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to work with machine-control software.
- Understanding of digital dental workflows, including STL files, scanning, CAD design, CAM nesting, milling/printing, sintering, finishing, and QC.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic machine and software issues.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the evening-shift production operation.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
