Job Summary
Programming.com is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Billing & Receivables to oversee our billing operations and accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in billing and collections, and a proven ability to manage teams while ensuring timely invoicing, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable operations.
- Ensure timely invoice generation, payment tracking, and collections.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and minimize overdue accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of billing and receivables professionals.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, and collection forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to improve billing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- CA Inter/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Billing & Receivables.
- Experience managing a billing/receivables team of at least 5 members.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally Prime.
- Excellent understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable management.
- Experience with reporting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
