Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Intern to support the placement team in coordinating student placement activities. The intern will work closely with the Placement Officer to ensure smooth communication, student engagement, resume management, interview scheduling, and placement drive coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Placement Coordination
- Assist the Placement Officer in managing placement-related activities.
- Support the execution of recruitment drives and maintain candidate records.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to placement activities.
2. Student Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding placement updates.
- Share placement notifications, guidelines, and important deadlines.
- Address student queries related to recruitment drives and company requirements.
3. Resume Review & Verification
- Collect and verify student resumes.
- Ensure resumes are properly formatted and contain accurate information.
- Guide students on improving their resumes based on industry standards.
4. Screening & Evaluation Support
- Coordinate aptitude tests, mock interviews, and screening activities.
- Assist in compiling evaluation scores and maintaining performance records.
5. Student Database Management
- Maintain and update student records.
- Categorize students based on skills, performance, and job preferences.
- Support candidate matching for suitable job opportunities.
6. Interview Scheduling
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with students.
- Send interview invitations and placement-related communications through email and WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
