Key Responsibilities:-
Operations Management
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth opening, closing, and shift procedures.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
- Motivate team members and address performance issues.
Customer Service
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Financial Management
- Assist in controlling labor and food costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed.
- Support cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
- Help achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts.
- Minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of restaurant or food service supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
