We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, maintaining strong relationships with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction until enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about courses, study opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Maintain regular communication with interested candidates and address their questions or concerns.
- Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, and document submission appointments.
- Update and manage student records and inquiry databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
