About the Company
We are a fast-growing manufacturing company with operations and business presence across multiple countries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Accountant who can independently handle accounting, taxation, compliance, and coordination activities while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Preparation and finalization of books of accounts on monthly and yearly basis.
- Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Preparation and filing support for GST Returns, TDS Returns, and reconciliation statements.
- Conduct GST reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other compliance-related audits.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, bankers, and government authorities whenever required.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and accounting controls.
- Preparation of MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance matters.
- Handle accounting entries related to purchases, sales, expenses, inventory, and journal vouchers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Inter CA or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting finalization, and audits.
- Good command over MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹14,261.00 - ₹45,338.67 per month
