We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Intern to join our growing revenue team.

The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you will be the foundational support for our senior sales and growth teams. You will not just be doing administrative work; you will be getting hands-on experience in building relationships, researching international markets (specifically the GCC and India), and driving real business growth.
What You Will Do Every Day:
- Find New Business: Assist in identifying and building targeted lists of B2B executives and decision-makers across key global markets.
- Outreach Strategy: Support outbound campaigns by drafting targeted emails, utilising LinkedIn, and learning digital marketing tools (such as Blueticks for WhatsApp Web outreach) to spark interest in our publications and corporate awards.
- Market & Client Consultation: Shadow senior team members on discovery calls to learn how to understand client goals and position our digital media, podcast sponsorships, and branding solutions effectively.
- Collaborative Pitching: Help the team prepare customised proposal decks and presentation materials for upcoming client meetings.
- Track Your Success: Maintain clear and accurate records of prospective clients, outreach efforts, and market research within our CRM system.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need years of experience to be successful here. We want someone who is extremely organised, eager to learn, and can communicate great ideas simply and persuasively.
- Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Any prior experience in college clubs, events, or academic research is a plus.
- Great Communicator: You speak and write clearly. You have a professional tone and are eager to learn how to confidently hold conversations with senior business leaders.
- Goal-Oriented: You are highly motivated by hitting daily targets and learning new skills. You do not give up easily when faced with a challenge.
- Tech-Ready: You know your way around LinkedIn, email tools, and basic spreadsheets, and are ready to master modern CRM software and digital outreach platforms.
