About the Role
If you are passionate about counselling students and helping them choose the best career path, this role is designed for you! As an BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, you will:
- Connect with prospective students and guide them about TNPSC/UPSC/MBA course offered and explain the details
- Handle both inbound & outbound calls for student inquiries
- Counsel students on courses, admissions, and eligibility
- Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Assist with the application process, including documentation review
