We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Fundraiser to lead and strengthen our fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the NGO sector, a proven track record in donor engagement, and the ability to mobilize resources through various channels. This role requires frequent travel for donor meetings, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporates, and funding agencies
- Identify new funding opportunities including CSR partnerships, grants, and individual donors
- Lead proposal writing, grant applications, and fundraising campaigns
- Represent the organization at events, meetings, and networking platforms
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance and donor engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational programs
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the NGO/non-profit sector
- Strong understanding of donor management and fundraising strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds from multiple sources
- Willingness to travel extensively as required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
