RL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Proposal Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, reviewing customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting the sales team with accurate quotations for instrumentation and process engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer RFQs.
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, P&IDs, datasheets, and tender documents.
- Select suitable instrumentation products based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare cost estimates.
- Prepare commercial offers and proposal documents within the required timelines.
- Respond to technical and commercial queries from customers.
- Maintain proposal records, costing sheets, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing government and private tender submissions.
- Ensure all proposals comply with customer specifications and company standards.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Industrial Instrumentation and Process Automation.
- Basic knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, DM Plant, or Industrial Process Systems is preferred.
- Ability to read P&IDs, technical drawings, and engineering datasheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
