Role Summary:
Baoxhin India Pvt Ltd is looking for a hand on and result oriented Operation Manager to manage end to end operation at the factory. The job location is based in Pune. The role requires a strong experience in factory Operations, resource management, quality control, team leadership, performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management: Allocating resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and efficiency, developing schedules and workflows to streamline operations.
Operation Management: Overseeing the daily activities of a business, ensuring that products or services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Monitoring workflows, production schedules, and resource allocation to maintain productivity.
Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Collaboration skills: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to enhance operational performance.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
Role Requirement:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A Master’s degree may be preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
The role typically involves working in a factory setting, requiring a hands-on approach to managing operations and interacting with production teams.
Skills Requirement:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and knowledge of manufacturing principles is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,074.71 - ₹58,584.15 per month
