Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving overall business growth. An MBA is preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies and sales plans.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
