Job Summary:
Digital Osean is looking for a skilled Graphics Designer / DTP Operator with strong experience in print design and large-format printing. This role is focused on creating customer designs and preparing accurate print-ready files based on predefined templates.
This is NOT a web design role—the core responsibility is print production, file setup, and pre-press work for banners and other large-format printing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create print-ready files based on design templates
- Design customer artwork for banners and large-format printing
- Convert customer-provided files into company print templates
- Ensure proper setup of bleed, margins, DPI, and color formats
- Work with CMYK and Pantone color modes for accurate printing
- Check and optimize files for high-quality print output
- Coordinate with internal teams for production requirements
- Make necessary corrections before sending files for printing
- Maintain consistency with branding, layout, and typography
- Ensure timely delivery of print files as per deadlines
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW & Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in print design / DTP / pre-press
- Good understanding of Bleed, DPI, CMYK, Pantone colors
- Experience in large-format printing (banners, signage, etc.)
- Ability to handle customer artwork and convert into print-ready format
- Good attention to detail and file accuracy
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in printing, signage, or advertising industry
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work in night shifts (USA/Canada clients)
