Job Summary
We are looking for a capable IT Admin with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience to keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly, securely, and reliably. In this role you will manage user accounts and devices, maintain networks, servers, and cloud/SaaS services, and provide responsive day-to-day support to employees across the organization. You will also help enforce security and backup practices, maintain documentation, and coordinate with vendors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable owning operational IT tasks end to end and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. User & Asset Management
- Create and manage user accounts across Email, Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
- Provision and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.
2. Network Management
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs and network vendors for uptime and capacity.
3. System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (on-premise and cloud).
- Administer Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
- Perform software updates and patch management.
- Monitor system health, uptime, and capacity.
4. Security & Compliance
- Apply and enforce security policies and controls.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
- Support vulnerability assessments and security audits.
- Monitor access controls, user permissions, and privileged access.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
5. Help Desk & Technical Support
- Resolve hardware and software issues for employees across all levels.
- Respond to and manage support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Maintain and update the ticketing system.
- Provide basic technical guidance and user documentation when required.
6. Cloud & SaaS Administration
- Administer cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Manage SaaS platforms including Lark, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
- Track and manage licenses and subscriptions.
7. Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Run and monitor data backup routines.
- Test recovery procedures regularly.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DRP) and Business Continuity (BCP) processes.
8. Vendor & Procurement Support
- Coordinate with hardware, software, ISP, and cloud vendors.
- Assist with procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Track warranties, AMCs, and support contracts.
9. Documentation
- Create and maintain SOPs and operating runbooks.
- Maintain network diagrams and basic architecture documents.
- Document incident reports and change records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on IT administration experience, with small team management.
- Proven experience managing servers, networks, cloud, and end-user environments at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of IT security, backups, and disaster recovery.
Technical Skills
- Identity & Productivity: Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace.
- Networking: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewall configuration.
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud administration.
- SaaS Tools: Microsoft 365, Lark, Jira, Slack, Zoom.
- Security: Endpoint protection, antivirus, vulnerability assessment, access management.
- Operations: Ticketing / ITSM systems, backup tools, monitoring tools.
Preferred Certifications
Candidates must have completed at least one of the following certifications:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) or AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
- CompTIA Security+
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
