The intern will work closely with the SEO team and gain practical exposure to on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and AI-powered SEO workflows.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Activities
- Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis
- Support on-page SEO activities such as meta tags, headings, URL optimization, and internal linking
- Help in creating SEO-friendly content briefs
- Work on off-page SEO activities including directory submissions, social bookmarking, profile creation, and citation building
- Monitor website performance and basic SEO metrics
Content & AI Support
- Use AI tools for content ideas, keyword clustering, and basic SEO optimization
- Assist in blog optimization and content formatting
- Learn modern SEO concepts including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search trends
Reporting & Research
- Maintain SEO activity trackers and reports
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Support the team in technical SEO audit activities
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO
- Familiarity with Google Search and websites
- Good written and verbal communication skills
