I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Upcountry- Agra & Mathura) - Sales & Marketing Reporting Supervisor Senior Manager (Upcountry) – Sales & Marketing
II. JOB PURPOSE
To achieve assigned targets while operating within budget.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities • To make Max Healthcare “Hospital of Choice” for the allocated region’s people & Doctors. • To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital. • To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives. • To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across location. • To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians. • Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors. • To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations. • To maintain and track ‘doctors’ performance vis-à-vis MECP Relations Targets. • To achieve target revenue of MECP Team. • To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relations team to achieve their targets. • To recruit, retain & develop MECP doctors for the units. • To maintain overall self-presentation and policy adherence. • Regularly attending sales meeting & training sessions. • Ensuring 80% business comes from TOP key specialties.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables • Timely completion of assigned responsibilities. • Territory wise targets to be achieved. • Successful management of CME/RTM/Doctors Short Duration Process. • Maintaining the MECP data and build relationship with internal and external doctors.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications Graduate with MBA (Marketing) / Diploma in Marketing Experience Preferably with 4 to 7 years sales experience in Health Care or related Industries, where sales is through Doctors.
