Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our machine at client locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in servicing machines, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
*Personal vehicle & DL is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding machine operation and care.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and part replacements.
- Coordinate with the internal service team for spare parts and escalation of critical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and clear communication.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards.
- Report recurring issues or product feedback to the technical/engineering team for improvements.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours if needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (as applicable).
- Experience: 1 year of field service or technical support experience. Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
