Job Summary
We are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Office Administrator to manage daily operations, coordinate with students and faculty, and ensure smooth administrative functioning of our Manjeri branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Manage student enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with teaching faculty and academic team
- Maintain records, attendance, and reports systematically
- Perform telecalling and communication with leads and parents
- Support marketing and admission-related activities
- Ensure smooth front office operations and student experience
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in the education sector (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
- Experience in telecalling or student counselling is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional attitude and team coordination skills
