Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting corporate travel, holiday, and MICE services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a basic understanding of the travel industry.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Corporate Sales, MICE, Banquet Sales, or Event Management will be preferred.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and acquire new corporate and retail clients.
- Promote Corporate Travel, Holiday Packages, Air Ticketing, Hotels, Visa Services, and MICE solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the operations team.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
