Job Summary:
The Continental Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality continental cuisine, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards. The role involves independently managing the continental section and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook continental dishes such as pasta, burgers, sandwiches, grills, and sauces
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage the continental section independently during operations
- Supervise Commis chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions when required
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Control food wastage and maintain cost efficiency
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new items
- Ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in continental cuisine

- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine
- Expertise in cooking techniques, sauces, and presentation
- Leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
