About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions, lead generation, and relationship-building initiatives for our NIBM branch. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the education sector and possess strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team of Admission Officers and Relationship Executives while ensuring achievement of admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment and admission targets.
- Generate leads through various channels including school outreach programs, events, referrals, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and campus tours for prospective parents and students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and local communities.
- Identify opportunities for increasing brand visibility and market penetration.
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Admission Officers and Relationship Executives.
- Set performance goals and ensure timely achievement of admission targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Support team members in resolving parent queries and converting leads into admissions.
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent parent engagement and customer service standards.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and admission-related processes.
4. Marketing & Outreach
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and admission drives.
- Organize school events, open houses, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, conversions, and admissions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Track team performance and provide regular updates to management.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Student Recruitment, or Relationship Management within Schools, Educational Institutions, or the Education Industry.
- Prior experience in managing a team of Admission Officers, Counselors, or Relationship Executives is mandatory.
- Experience in achieving admission targets and driving enrollment growth.
