Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets and ensure store-level performance.
- Manage daily operations, stock, and visual merchandising at SIS counters.
- Lead and train promoters and store staff for sales & service excellence.
- Execute promotions, sampling, and visibility plans.
- Coordinate with partners, logistics, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Share sales reports, stock data, and market insights regularly.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in FMCG / Food Retail / Modern Trade operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and people management skills.
- Experience in the Madhya Pradesh market preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
