Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across departments while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
- Build employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
