Objectives:
Provide civil engineering support to ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings/specifications, with required quality, safety, environmental compliance, and progress within schedule and budget.
Scope of work & responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities at site level under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections, ensure workmanship quality, and confirm materials / work match approved specifications.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and maintain safe working conditions.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and support construction methods/sequence planning.
- Implement quality control/quality assurance and verify that works and materials comply with specifications and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors/subcontractors, and vendors to meet specifications and codes.
- Check setting-out, line/level, and layout to confirm conformity with approved drawings and plans.
- Measure completed/in-progress works, verify contractor bills, and support preparation/verification of interim payment certificates.
- Coordinate with the Project team and other stakeholders to obtain technical inputs and resolve site issues to maintain progress.
- Conduct/participate in regular progress review meetings and keep site records/diaries as required.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and environmental safeguards on site.
- Attend third-party inspections/tests and provide required confirmations / certifications on materials and workmanship.
- Support testing, verification, commissioning, and handover activities (when relevant to the project).
- Perform other duties related to overall project implementation as assigned by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
- Setting out, levelling, and surveying to ensure accurate implementation of drawings and layouts.
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and coordinating corrections when needed.
- Supporting site preparation activities (clearing/grading, reference points, drainage/erosion controls) where applicable.
Deliverables
- Daily/weekly site supervision notes and progress updates (including photos if required).
- Prepare and share monthly progress reports as per requirement of the organization.
- QA/QC checklists, inspection requests, and non-conformance/rectification tracking.
- Prepare MB, BBS and BoQ for new Projects and coordinate with project team.
Qualification & experience
- Education: B.E/B.tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and basic codes/regulations.
- Experience: 4-6 years building construction experience and green building material construction experience would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge AutoCAD and MS Office is essential.

Travel: As per requirements in India
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
