Job Title: IT Asset Management Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1- 4Yrs of Experience in IT Asset Management
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end management of IT and mobility assets, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, maintenance, and reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete lifecycle management of IT assets (laptops, desktops, accessories, mobility devices).
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and regular updates in asset management systems.
- Handle asset allocation, reallocation, and replacement based on user requirements.
- Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities with vendors and ensure timely service.
- Monitor and ensure scheduled maintenance as per SLA/agreements.
- Track asset movement and maintain proper documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes (asset issuance & clearance).
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly MIS reports on asset status.
- Coordinate with internal users and stakeholders for asset-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for asset usage and management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management concepts
- Good proficiency in MS Excel & MIS reporting
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Basic understanding of hardware and IT infrastructure
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate (Any discipline; IT-related preferred)
- Certification or exposure in IT support/asset tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
