Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate should be committed to fostering the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young learners through the Montessori approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Montessori-based learning activities suitable for preschool children.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and confidence among children.
- Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Organize educational materials and ensure the classroom is clean and well-prepared.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Montessori Training/Certification is an add on advantage.
- Experience in a Montessori or preschool setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skill
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
