Role Overview:
The Data & Automation Executive will be responsible for managing data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, automation of operational processes, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through reporting accuracy, automation, and insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS, Reporting & Data Management
-
Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
2. Analytics & Business Intelligence
-
Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyse operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
3. Process Automation & Digital Solutions
-
Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
4. Database & Reporting Governance
-
Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality.
5. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Support
-
Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities,resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
B. Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MBA (Business Analytics) or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in Advanced MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Advanced Google Sheets

Strong communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
