Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, culture-aware, and camera-friendly Content Creator to join the Soul+ team full-time, in-office at Nagpur.
This role is for someone who naturally thinks in content — someone who can ideate, shoot, and create engaging videos and social-first content around wellness, lifestyle, community, food, movement, and experiences. You should understand internet culture, storytelling, trends, and how to create content that feels human, aesthetic, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram and other digital platforms
- Ideate and execute reels, trend-based videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and storytelling formats
- Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when required
- Shoot content during events, workshops, brand shoots, and community experiences
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing team
- Research trends, audio formats, hooks, and viral content styles
- Assist in building a strong digital identity and community presence for Soul+
- Contribute to content planning and campaign ideation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends, and digital storytelling
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable shooting content on phone/camera
- Ability to think quickly and create content in real-time during events or shoots
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, fitness, food, culture, and community-driven brands
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/CapCut/InShot/etc.)
- Confidence in presenting or speaking on camera
- Ability to write hooks, captions, and content ideas
- Understanding of aesthetic-led and community-first brands
