About Us
We are Infoaccts, a fast-growing outsourced finance and accounting firm in the UAE and part of the Copper & Capital group. Alongside our services business, we're building NeuroxLedger, an AI-powered finance platform designed for SMEs.
We're looking for one ambitious graduate who wants real startup experience—not an internship spent making coffee or filing paperwork.
You'll work directly with the founder, helping build our sales pipeline and LinkedIn presence while learning B2B sales, personal branding, content marketing, and startup operations from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage the founder's LinkedIn profile and the Infoaccts company page.
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form content.
- Research founders, business owners, CFOs, and finance managers on LinkedIn.
- Send connection requests, initiate conversations, and nurture prospects using proven outreach strategies.
- Track all outreach, follow-ups, and leads in a CRM.
- Engage with relevant LinkedIn communities to grow our organic reach.
- Research referral partners, networking opportunities, and industry events.
- Present a weekly report covering activities, results, learnings, and next steps.
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written English with clear, natural communication skills.
- Active LinkedIn user who understands the platform.
- Confident speaking with people and comfortable handling rejection.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- No finance background required.
- Based in Dubai or Sharjah and available for an in-person role.
Compensation
- Monthly stipend
