We’re looking for a data-driven recent MBA graduate to support our growth and marketing team. You’ll own reporting, dig into campaign and subscription performance, and translate data into recommendations the team can act on.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or comparable tools) to track marketing, campaign, and revenue performance.
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from Google Analytics to surface trends in traffic, conversion, and user behavior.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page analysis, and tracking of organic performance.
- Analyze paid and organic campaign results (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) and summarize findings for the team.
- Help build recurring performance reports and ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify data quality issues and opportunities to improve tracking and attribution.
Requirements
- Completed MBA (recent graduate), ideally with a marketing, analytics, or business focus.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and core SEO concepts.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI/dashboarding tools; comfort with Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn raw data into clear insights.
- Good communication skills — can explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Exposure to e-commerce, subscription, or DTC analytics.
- Knowledge with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
