We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our manufacturing plant's finance team. In this role, you will assist with daily financial operations, including inventory tracking, accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries. You will work closely with senior accountants to ensure financial compliance and accurate operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Cost Accounting Support: Assist in tracking raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, match three-way documentation (PO, Receiving Report, Invoice), and monitor customer payment schedules.
- General Ledger & Journal Entries: Maintain daily transactions, post month-end journal entries, and perform routine ledger reconciliations.
- Bank & Account Reconciliation: Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, petty cash, and vendor balances.
- Compliance & Auditing: Assist senior staff with tax filings (GST/VAT/Sales Tax, where applicable), internal audits, and physical inventory counts.
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
