You will collaborate with our Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) analytics teams in other technology hubs in the US, Europe, India, and Costa Rica.
SHaPE Tech combines advanced analytics, software engineering, and deep industry expertise to build innovative technology solutions for social, public, and healthcare organizations worldwide. Our teams leverage more than 100 terabytes of integrated claims, clinical, consumer, and other healthcare data to design, deliver, and operate advanced analytical products and software platforms.
You will lead the development of scalable technology assets, mentor teams, and drive architectural vision to solve complex challenges. Collaborating with diverse experts, you’ll foster innovation, improve system performance, and shape high-performing, self-organizing teams.

You will lead the development of innovative technology assets and shape the engineering roadmap across a broad range of topics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, you’ll create reusable components, provide technical vision, and align stakeholders on current and future architectures to deliver high-value, scalable solutions.
You will drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, reusable components, coding standards, and design reviews, while ensuring applications meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, observability, reliability, and performance.
You will own technical roadmaps and translate business objectives into scalable engineering solutions. You will lead modernization initiatives involving cloud migration, platform engineering, and application transformation, while partnering with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to deploy cloud-native applications using container technologies. You will also build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
