- Job Title: Safety Officer
- We are seeking a dynamic Safety Officer for a GRC and FRP firm to manage site safety compliance while simultaneously handling day-to-day workforce supervision and project progress.
- Must hold a valid Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction sector.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, independent transport, and complete willingness to frequently switch between multiple project sites on short notice.
- Enforce all construction safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, lead daily toolbox talks, and ensure strict PPE compliance.
- Supervise on-site labor, track daily productivity, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain strong communication between the field staff and project managers while fluidly managing shifting priorities across different active sites.
- Strong leadership capability to firmly enforce safety rules while effectively driving field operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
