We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our B2B operations by analyzing business data, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze sales data, customer trends, and business performance.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

Assist in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.

Support business process improvements and system enhancements.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable business insights.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.

Familiarity with BRDs, FRDs, Jira, or Confluence is an advantage.
