Job Summary
The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, collecting, and preparing products from warehouse storage locations as per pick lists or system-generated orders. The role ensures timely and error-free order fulfillment while maintaining safety and warehouse discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products according to pick lists, invoices, or handheld scanner instructions.
- Verify product code, quantity, batch, and condition before picking.
- Arrange picked items for packing, dispatch, or loading.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Follow warehouse SOPs and all safety guidelines.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and other warehouse operations when required.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- 0–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
- Freshers may apply.
Required Skills
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Physically fit to lift and move materials.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Teamwork and time management.
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanners or warehouse systems is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment.
- Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift.
- Rotational shifts and overtime as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
