We are seeking a motivated and experienced Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry and be passionate about guiding students through their overseas education journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Counsel students regarding study opportunities abroad.
Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and study destinations.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Assist students with application and documentation processes.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Maintain student records and update CRM systems.
Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Study Abroad Consultancy.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and sales skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or European admissions processes is preferred.
