We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (CRM, WhatsApp & Influencer focus) to own four high-leverage growth channels for OrganicBazar — email marketing, app push notifications, WhatsApp marketing, and influencer marketing.
This role is NOT a social media posting role. The mandate is to drive repeat purchases from existing customers through email, push, and WhatsApp, and acquire new customers through influencer collaborations. You will own end-to-end campaign planning, execution, copy, and reporting across all four channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Email & CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute the monthly email calendar — newsletters, product launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, replenishment reminders
- Build segmented campaigns based on customer behavior — new buyer, repeat buyer, dormant, high-AOV, category-specific
- Set up automation flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, review request
- Write or brief campaign copy, finalize email design, ensure mobile-friendly rendering
- Monitor deliverability metrics — open rate, CTR, unsubscribe rate, spam complaints, bounce rate
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content blocks, and CTAs
2. App Push Notification Marketing
- Plan daily and weekly push notification calendar for the OrganicBazar mobile app
- Segment app users for targeted push by behavior, geography, purchase recency, and category interest
- Write short, conversion-driving push copy that respects user attention and avoids notification fatigue
- Coordinate with AppBrew dashboard for push scheduling, deep links to product pages, and performance analytics
- A/B test send times, copy variants, and deep-link destinations for highest CTR
- Track CTR, opt-out rate, conversion, and revenue per push campaign
3. WhatsApp Marketing
- Own end-to-end WhatsApp marketing on WATI platform — broadcasts, drip flows, post-purchase nudges, win-back campaigns
- Plan WhatsApp campaign calendar aligned with email and push to avoid customer fatigue across channels
- Get WhatsApp templates approved through Meta Business approval cycle for promotional and utility messages
- Drive opt-in list growth via website, app, post-purchase, and order delivery touchpoints (double opt-in compliance)
- Set up automated WhatsApp flows for abandoned cart recovery, abandoned checkout recovery, COD-to-prepaid nudges, replenishment reminders, and review requests
- Build segment-wise broadcasts (new buyers, repeat buyers, dormant, category-specific) with conversion-driving CTAs and deep links
- Coordinate with CX team for clear ownership split — marketing owns outbound campaigns, CX owns inbound conversations
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy — no spammy frequency, respect 24-hour customer service window, monitor opt-out rate
- Track CTR, conversion rate, opt-out rate, and revenue per WhatsApp campaign
4. Influencer Marketing
- Identify, source, and onboard relevant influencers in gardening, lifestyle, home decor, sustainability, and parenting niches across Instagram, YouTube, and Reels
- Negotiate barter and paid deals within approved budgets; maintain influencer database and rate cards
- Brief influencers on product positioning, key messages, content guidelines, and compliance disclaimers
- Review content before publishing for brand fit, factual accuracy, and statutory compliance
- Track deliverables, payments, content URLs, and post-campaign performance — reach, engagement, attributed revenue
- Build a repeat-influencer roster for ongoing always-on collaborations
- Monitor competitor influencer activity across Ugaoo, Kyari, TrustBasket, NurseryLive, and others
5. Reporting, Attribution & Coordination
- Publish a weekly performance report covering email, push, WhatsApp, and influencer ROI metrics
- Coordinate with creative team for campaign assets and with CX team for customer-feedback loops
- Maintain UTM hygiene for clean attribution across GA4, Shopify, and Meta Pixel
- Report channel-wise contribution to overall revenue and flag drops or opportunities proactively
Candidate Requirements
Must-have
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or influencer marketing
- Working knowledge of at least one email or CRM tool (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with at least one WhatsApp marketing platform (WATI, Interakt, Gallabox)
- Comfort with marketing data — open rate, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, attribution
- Strong written English and Hindi for campaign copy and influencer outreach
- Negotiation skills and ownership mindset for influencer deal-making
Good-to-have
- Experience with push notification platforms (OneSignal, MoEngage, WebEngage, AppBrew, or in-app push dashboards)
- Worked with influencer-discovery platforms (Qoruz, Plixxo) or strong manual outreach record
- Experience getting WhatsApp templates approved via Meta Business
- D2C or e-commerce background (Shopify, Amazon)
- Basic Canva or Figma skills for quick campaign asset creation
- Understanding of UTM tagging, GA4, and Meta Pixel attribution

Shift & Work Schedule
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Work Mode: On-site (Narsinghpur, MP)
Compensation
- CTC: Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 4,20,000 per annum (based on experience and skill mix)
