The Embroidery & Quilting Manager is responsible for planning, managing and controlling the complete embroidery and quilting operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency and on-time delivery are achieved. The role involves managing manpower, machines, production planning, maintenance coordination, quality control, productivity improvement and continuous process optimization while ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.
- 8–12 years in embroidery and quilting operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in home textile export manufacturing is essential.
- Hands-on experience with computerized embroidery and quilting machines.
- Exposure to buyer quality standards and export production systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on PPC requirements.
- Allocate jobs to embroidery and quilting machines.
- Balance machine loading for maximum utilization.
- Monitor production against planned targets.
- Ensure timely completion of all embroidery and quilting orders.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
