Role:
Support the entire design lifecycle of two wheeler Rolling chassis components which includes the following stages
- Sound knowledge of chassis components- Frame/Handle bar system/Fabricated parts/Brakes/Suspension/swing arm assembly/Wheels/Forging & Casting parts.
- Proficient in CAD UG-NX/CATIA ,Team center or equivalent PLM software
- Ability to do multitasking: Testing co-ordination & Benchmarking.
- Knowledge on different types of materials, manufacturing processes used in chassis component system mentioned above
- Application of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM etc
