- Coordinate with the sales team to plan and monitor monthly sales targets.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare target vs. actual reports.
- Verify customer orders, pricing, credit limits, and approvals before processing.
- Coordinate with the Billing and SCM teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
- Share dispatch schedules and communicate delivery updates with the sales team.
- Monitor outstanding collections and follow up with sales executives on payment commitments.
- Coordinate monthly sales incentive processing with the Accounts team.
- Track market visits, attendance, geotagged shop visits, and daily sales activities.
- Update CRM with new leads and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate product sample dispatches and collect customer feedback.
- Record customer complaints and work with the QC team to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and operational reports.
- Support management by providing performance insights and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
