- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding guest requests and inquiries.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain office communication records.
- Assist in booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain records of couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
