ABOUT THE ROLE

Avyaan Management Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across AI/ML, Data Annotation, Data Collection, Linguistics, BPO, Technology, and Operations.
This is a high-impact role suited for a hiring professional with strong global networks, vendor relationships, and experience scaling workforces across multiple geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────────
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, mid-level, and leadership roles including Project Managers, AI/ML Specialists, Operations Leads, BPO Professionals, and more
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing networks
- Handle screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines for urgent and bulk hiring needs
Global Freelancer & AI/ML Resource Hiring
- Recruit and onboard AI/ML freelancers, data annotators, transcribers, linguists, voice artists, and data collection teams
- Build talent pools across India, US, Europe, LATAM, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
Vendor Management
- Identify and manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners globally
- Negotiate commercial terms and SLAs with vendors
- Track vendor performance and hiring quality
HR Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and onboarding documentation
- Support compliance and background verification processes
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams on workforce planning

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
─────────────────────────────────
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven experience in leadership hiring, vendor management, and global/freelance recruitment
- Familiarity with AI/ML, IT, BPO, or data services hiring
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Upwork, Freelancer, and ATS platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Candidates based in Hyderabad are highly preferred
- Existing network of global freelancers, AI/ML vendors, and staffing partners is a strong advantage
- Experience in BPO, data services, or IT staffing is an added plus
