Technmix Industries is a CNC manufacturing company specializing in precision machining. We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector who can ensure the quality and accuracy of manufactured components by performing inspections, identifying defects, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities: Inspect CNC and VMC machined components as per drawings and specifications.
Check all critical dimensions and ensure parts meet required quality standards.
Approve/reject manufactured parts based on inspection results. Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues during the manufacturing process.
Perform dimensional inspection using measurement instruments such as: Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge Ultima Trimos Height Measuring Machine Other precision measuring tools Maintain inspection reports and quality-related documentation.
Handle production-related documents such as customer orders, challans, inspection reports, and other records. Maintain basic Excel records for quality data and documentation.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Requirements:
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical preferred) Experience: 3–4 years in CNC/VMC machining quality inspection Good knowledge of machining processes and engineering drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection methods. Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation work. Good attention to detail and ability to identify manufacturing defects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
