Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate SAAS registrations and improve brand awareness. You will manage the marketing calendar, handle budgets, and monitor performance through detailed analytics. You will also lead efforts in social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, content creation, and lead management. Working closely with the creative and SEO teams, you will ensure cohesive and effective campaigns across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Strategize and execute digital marketing initiatives to generate SAAS registrations through social media, paid campaigns, and organic reach.
- Marketing Planning: Plan and manage the marketing calendar, budget, and performance metrics. Regularly submit reports and analytics to track success and areas for improvement.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, ensuring an integrated approach to marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and materials required for digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Handle social media channels, including paid promotions, and work on organic social media marketing to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead Management: Manage incoming leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and drive overall customer acquisition efforts.
- SEO & Paid Ads: Promote the company’s website using SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- SEO Collaboration: Work with the SEO team to identify key analytics, promote the right keywords, and generate blog content that boosts search engine visibility.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage additional campaigns such as email marketing, newsletters, and other targeted marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation.
- Marketing Strategy: Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies, including budget management and campaign monitoring.
- SAAS Marketing (Preferred): Experience in marketing SAAS software is a plus.
- Paid Ads Expertise: Proficiency in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.
- SEO Skills (Preferred): Basic to advanced knowledge of SEO techniques and practices.
- Creativity: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for digital marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and provide insights for optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
